What initially was suppose to be a 3.5 hour flight turned out to need more than 7 hours to reach Hong Kong from Singapore. In the video you'll see why Singapore Airlines is one of the world's best & customer service & professionalism at its peak when things don't go as planned. Despite being a commercial faliure, I'd consider the A380 to be one of the world's most comfortable planes to travel in. For its size & massivity, it is an engineering marvel.
