8-bit cover of Acorn Heights from Mario Kart World! Nintendo on their way to make a track themed to a giant tree with the most fun and whimsical song you've ever heard, for a THIRD time: In all seriousness, I love how naturally this song flows. The rhythms and melody are really satisfying in a way that's hard to describe, it's like the song is a living thing and not just a piece of music written by someone. Making this cover was an interesting experience. On the one hand, it is one of the simpler songs in the game, it was pretty easy to understand and transcribe. But getting the instruments just right was really hard under VRC6 limitations, and this is probably one of my least accurate covers if you were to compare it with the original score that the performers were reading from. I also wrote the outro for this one, since there isn't one that plays in game, it's nothing special but I'm happy with it. Also, sorry for disappearing again. I was either busy or sick for most of the holidays and January, so it's been kinda hard for me to focus. My next cover will be Rainbow Road, which will definitely take longer than usual, but I will try not to take 2 months this time lol. Oh and thanks for 200 subs!
