They make four wheeled electric vehicles with very independent suspension and though I didn't get to ride one within the confines of FieraMilano Rho, the videos on their website look nuts. https://www.miadynamics.com/ Speed can be limited to 25km/h, 45km/h or a frankly terrifying 80km/h.
