There were not reports of injuries. Sirens blared across Israel on Sunday morning, warning of new Iranian barrages after missiles struck two communities in southern Israel late on Saturday. The attacks left buildings shattered and dozens injured in cities not far from Israel’s main nuclear research centre. In northern Israel, a man was killed in a strike by the Lebanese militant Hezbollah group. The death toll from the war has risen to more than 1,500 people in Iran, more than 1,000 people in Lebanon, 15 in Israel and 13 U.S. military members, as well as a number of civilians on land and sea in the Gulf region.
