Project92 Construction converted an existing office space into a fully licensed daycare. This required major updates, including new fire separation, new exterior exits, and a safe outdoor playground, all while meeting a strict CWELCC program deadlines. We transformed constraints into opportunity, designing and building a safe, engaging, and functional space that supports child development, streamlines staff workflows, and provides a welcoming environment for children, families, and educators.
