THE END IS NEAR. Ol’ Time Moonshine’s new album, “The Apocalypse Trilogies” is a visceral step forward from their well- received debut “The Demon Haunted World”. Conceived as trilogy of trilogies about the apocalypse, the album is presented in the style of classic, horror and sci-fi anthologies and features Ol’ Time Moonshine’s distilled blend of doom, southern rock and heavy metal. Lyrically, it spins tales of the end of humanity - annihilation comes via space werewolf, pagan goddess, and ancient magick. While the songs share common themes, the album is diverse in scope and sound and fans of heavy music will find a lot to sink their teeth into here. The first single, "Raven vs Hawk", from the "Tales of the Blind Seer" trilogy, begins a tale of battle between two powerful and ancient witch goddesses, the Queen of Sorrows and the Huntress. Lyrics: Crossed - Creature of night Born in darkness, killer in flight Soulless and bleak Destruction to the weak The huntress wipes her blade clean She whispers a quiet prayer That the end might justify the means Hawk, creature of might Hunter and aggressor, master of the fight The punishment he seeks Destruction to the weak Look for Ol' Time Moonshine's "The Apocalypse Trilogies" in late 2016 on Salt of the Earth Records. www.oltimemoonshine.com www.saltoftheearthrecords.com Formed in Toronto, Canada in 2009, Ol' Time Moonshine is Bill Kole (vocals, guitar), Chris Coleiro (guitar), Brett Savory (drums) and John Kendrick (bass). “For fans of the weight of doom metal, the irreverence of stoner rock, and the sheer, relentless force of great heavy-metal riffs, Ol’ Time Moonshine are brewing up something potent.” – Natalie Zina Walschots, The Torontoist “Heavy, heavy sludge with more than a nod to traditional doom. Riff after glorious riff is laid down over thick gravel gargling vocals and with thunderous drum and bass at it's root your speakers won't stand a chance.” – FDJ, Bandcamp
