FILL AND DRAIN The Fill and Drain principle, often referred to as freshwater wash, completely drains the water after the wash cycle and brings in fresh hot sanitizing water for the final rinse cycle which is used for the next wash cycle. This system is recommended for busy environment and wares with high soil levels.
