-Wrynn- A WoW machinima showcasing the weight of the crown and the progression of Varian's character, as the narrative of warcraft unfolds. This short machinima is my attempt at illustrating how Varian was molded by said events from the man he was, to the man he has become. Garrosh's malice and outright hostility for the Alliance may have challenged Varian to meet Hellscream at an equivocal standpoint, but Jaina's coldness and lack of empathy has made Varian cautiously aware of how far one can change, should they let grief consume them. However, perhaps the content of his character can be found with Anduin's passion towards striving for non violence, which will not only serve to keep the wolf in line, but to also make him believe that peace is the noblest aspiration. This video was scripted and directed by myself, but custom animated and machinimated by Captain Grim. My part in this project was to create the template of the video, by implementing the sounds, concept idea of the scenes, and voice lines, structuring it all together to be machinimated. Grim was the one who brought it to life, by piecing it all beautifully together through his Animation and Machinimating prowess.
