In this video number {1279C} Arc Force, Hot Start, Fake Potentiometers. I explained what is Arc Force or Dig Function and Hot start functions in IGBT inverter welding machine. and i checked fake potentiometer used in this welding machine. there was website address msntioned on the potentiometer www.nbhy.com but there was no value or part number marking on the potentiometer Hot Start and Arc Force functions in an inverter welding machine, especially in MMA or Stick welding. These features are designed to make welding easier and cleaner, especially for beginners or when working with difficult electrodes. 1. Hot Start Function (Easy Arc Ignition) The Hot Start function gives a temporary boost of current during arc ignition to make it easier to start the weld. When you strike the electrode to start welding, the machine briefly increases the current (beyond your set amperage). This extra current prevents the electrode from sticking and helps melt the metal faster, creating a quick and strong arc. Easier arc striking (especially with difficult rods like 6010 or 7018). It Creates a smoother, cleaner weld bead at ignition 2. Arc Force Function (Arc Stability Control) Arc Force (sometimes called Dig) helps maintain a stable arc when you're welding with a short arc length (i.e., when the electrode is close to the workpiece). When the arc becomes shorter, the voltage drops. The inverter senses this and automatically increases the current to prevent the arc from cutting out or the electrode from sticking.
