With the cutscene done, you're officially in the suburbs. Follow the path down until you reach a suburb with several large houses. It'll all be connected by one long winding street. We'll want to enter multiple buildings here, starting with the brick house at the top of the street. When following the road, it's the second house to your right.Inside, you'll find a ton of resources, including ammo, scrap, supplements and crafting items. Grab everything you can.After you're done chatting about ice cream trucks, take a left and enter the open garage nearby. You'll find a workbench you can use to customize your equipment. Add whatever upgrades you like and then leave the table.Head up the stairs next to the workbench garage and enter the house on the right. Loot everything on the ground floor and then head up to the kid's bedroom at the top of the stairs.As soon as you fall to the ground, you'll be shot at, with a cutscene starting immediately. In the scene, Joel will establish there's a sniper ahead. He'll need to take the shooter down so the trio can push on with their journey.Once you regain control, we'll want to head to the house northeast of the car. If you see the white muzzle flash coming from the window down the street, that means the shooter knows where you are and is about to fire. Wait for the sniper to stop shooting and then book it to the car between yourself and the house.Wait again, and then run inside. A survivor will sprint into the living room sporting a melee weapon. Use a shotgun to take him out quickly. Leave through the front door now and head towards the cars in front of you. When the sniper stops firing, head to the car in the middle of the street. Wait again, and then head to the house on the left-hand side of the street.Loot the house and then exit through the side door in the kitchen. As you leave, four more enemies will approach. Take cover and finish them off. The sniper won't be able to reach you here, so don't worry about him taking you out while you're dealing with his entourage.Use the two burned buildings for cover and move up until you're directly in front of the sniper's house. Follow the fence, using it as cover. Four enemies will leave the house as you get close, so use the fence and the nearby burned building to stay away from bullets and take them down. Once they're dead, infiltrate the building.Climb to the very top of the stairs and enter the sniper's nest. Joel will be attacked by the sniper with a knife. Mash the SQUARE button to kill him. Following the sequence, Joel will notice enemies closing in as Ellie, Henry and Sam run for the sniper's nest. You'll automatically grab the sniper's rifle and begin a sniping section.Take out all the enemies approaching Ellie, Sam and Henry. If any get too close, you'll automatically lose, so priortise those closest to the trio. You'll kill all enemies in a single hit, so don't worry too much about scoring stylish headshots.After two waves of foes, we'll be faced with a familiar adversary. The hunters' turret from Pittsburgh will join the fray. Take down the turret's support and then wait for the driver to leave his hatch and begin throwing molotovs. Once he emerges from the hatch and throws one, quickly shoot him to take him down.After he's dead, infected will swarm the area. Shoot as many as you can as Ellie, Sam and Henry run back to the house. After a short stint, a cutscene will cue, ending The Suburbs chapter.
