Based at Las Catalinas, Playa Danta we are now offerering SUP yoga classes. The calm water of the coves at Las Catalinas on Playa Danta provides ideal conditions for Stand-Up Paddle Yoga. The SUP Yoga classes include Meditation, Pranayama, and Asanas (Poses) as you connect to the flow of Mother Nature on the board. If you've never tried Yoga or Stand-Up Paddle, you are in for a treat. Our instructors help you feel comfortable and guides you at your pace. The benefits of SUP Yoga are many. The rise and fall of the water helps you stay more centered and deepens your own practice, as the floating board serves to help align your postures. Additionally it works to define muscles you never imagined you had or used, while it strengthens your body and tones your core. Practicing SUP yoga at Playa Danta also lends itself to a great beach day. You can enjoy all the toys that Pura Vida Ride has to offer, such as standup paddleboard rentals, kayaks, snorkeling and mountain bikes, while taking delight in the delicious food of the Green House on the lush grounds of Las Catalinas.
