Glass Donuts Now this not literally glass , its just a custard filled donut topped with caramelized sugar which when it cools off give it that glass effect, Oh & not to forget all this goodness is eggless, so another reason to celebrate. Ingredients 2 cups Refined Flour 10 gm yeast (mixed with some water) 3 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup melted butter For the custard 3 tbsp custard powder, mixed with 1/4 cup milk 500 ml milk 1/2 cup sugar For the caramel 1 cup sugar 3-4 tbsp water .
