Follow along with this 20-minute full-body mobility routine and save it so you can repeat it a few times a week. Each stretch is held for one minute. I’ve added a gentle gong to cue when it’s time to switch stretches or sides. This full-body routine moves top-down, starting with: • Upper body & shoulders • Spine & back • Hip openers • Glutes & hamstrings In my workout app, we keep the same mobility routine for a 4-week cycle before switching to a new one.
