Meagan’s Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 cups AP flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 12 Tbsp melted butter 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips Set oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl. In a larger separate bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add egg, yolk and vanilla to sugar mixture, mix until all is combined. Slowly mix dry and wet ingredients together. Mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon out mixture using a tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Bake for around 10-15 minutes until the edges are slightly brown and middle is still gooey. Give them a quick a slam on the counter.
