Pak Sau Drill 2 of 2 | Ip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu | Ving Tsun For Chi Sau & Sparring | Bruce Lee Here we are sharing the second of two Pak Sau drilling methods used alongside Wing Chun (Ving Tsun) bridging drills or sparring training in this style of Martial Art. This one starts from before the bridging is made so is from or for sparring practice. As said In Pak Sau Drill 2 it’s for sparring practice so you start from a position of no bridge and your opponent has to first move in, other principles are finally added making the drill more complex but a fantastic training aid along side other drills and sparring practice in any Martial Art. Pak Sau drilling sets was first demonstration to the world on film by the legendary Bruce Lee himself!!! We have included bonus footage of Bruce Lee training the same drill at the end of the video of 1 of 2, please watch them both for full details of everything include. Pak Sau Drill number 2 can be done with or without gloves and head gear much like Pak Sau Drill number one but if you want to start applying maximum speed and pressure, then wearing them is advised once the basic movements are trained and your ready to develop the drill to an applicable level.
