There is so much confusion around the cycle network in London, not helped by TFL's constant name changing, merging of routes, seemingly random route labelling and cancellations of planned routes. Here's a brief overview of the cycle network in London. However, cycling has helped me fight through depression and voices as well as helping me gain more confidence in dealing with voices in public.
