I flew out of Birmingham Airport over to Belfast City with Flybe in May 2022, coming back on the same day with Emerald Airlines into Manchester. What I experienced on this particular day was a massive contrast between the two airlines!! This video will help anyone aiming to make a decision on which airline is more reliable in terms of punctuality and customer service.
