With the release of the new game trailer for Assassin's Creed Shadows, let's dive into an exciting episode of Experts Try, where parkour athletes Omar and Sara will be recreating the jaw-dropping moves from Assassin's Creed Unity. This action-adventure stealth game, set in an open world environment, has been rebuilt from the ground up, drawing inspiration from fencing to create a brand new combat system. In addition to the return of iconic weapons from previous installments, Unity introduces the Phantom Blade, a silent, long-range projectile launcher that also serves the same purpose as the series' signature Hidden Blade. The game's navigation has also been overhauled, with new "Free-run up" and "Free-run down" commands that make it easier for players to seamlessly scale buildings in either direction. As Arno progresses through the game, he learns new moves, and players can purchase additional skills to further enhance their character's abilities. For the first time in the series, players can customize their character's abilities through a skill tree, allocating points earned through gameplay to improve their proficiency in stealth, melee, ranged combat, and health. Additionally, weapons, armor, and equipment can be customized to suit each player's unique playstyle. These items are ranked from 1 to 5, with a few legendary pieces of armor available. The higher the quality of your gear, the higher your character's overall level. Unity also boasts a wider selection of weapons, including swords, axes, spears, rifles, pistols, and throwable items like smoke bombs.
