I traveled through Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket, tasting Thailand’s iconic dishes like Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Tom Yum Goong. Then, I hopped over to Ipoh, Malacca, and Johor Bahru in Malaysia to experience the bold, rich flavors of Nasi Lemak, Char Kway Teow, and Curry Mee. Each dish was an explosion of flavors—spicy, sweet, savory, and umami-packed. But after tasting it all… I realized that one cuisine completely won me over. 🤯 👉 Which one takes the crown? Broccoli Revolution – A trendy eatery serving innovative vegan dishes, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies in a modern setting. 3. Veganerie – Known for its delectable vegan desserts and a diverse menu of savory dishes, making it a favorite among locals and tourists. 4. So Vegan – Offers a cozy atmosphere with a menu featuring organic vegan and vegetarian dishes, including Thai and Western options. And so much more! 5. Bonita Cafe and Social Club – A charming cafe offering a range of vegan comfort foods, desserts, and a selection of plant-based beverages. 6. Rabiengboon - Located inside the MBK Mall! This place is a must try. The food is amazing! Chiang Mai, Thailand: 1. Ming Kwan Vegetarian Restaurant – A long-standing establishment serving a variety of vegan and vegetarian Thai dishes, with a focus on organic ingredients. My favorite Khao Soi. 2. Vegan Society Restaurant & Homestay – Known for its flavorful vegan Thai cuisine, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a cozy setting and my home when I am in Chiang Mai! 3. Free Bird Cafe – A vegan cafe supporting a local charity, offering a menu of plant-based dishes and smoothies in a relaxed atmosphere. 4. Goodsouls Kitchen – Offers a diverse vegan menu, including Western and Thai dishes, in a modern and inviting environment. 5. Rad Rabbit Vegan Pizzeria– One of my favorites… VEGAN PIZZA 🍕 enough said 6. Chada Vegetarian Restaurant Chiang Mai - HUGE PORTIONS. Great food and always packed. Their Pad Thai is well priced and packs and punch! 🥊 Ipoh, Malaysia: 1. Vegan Delights Cafe – A highly-rated vegan restaurant offering a variety of Asian and Western dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. 2. Yishensu - A Vegetarian Connoisseur – An established restaurant since 1987, serving a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, including their popular Crispy Tempura Vege Prawn and Signature House Emperor Tofu. 3. Vegan Life – Known for its extensive menu of vegan dishes, offering both Western and Asian influences, all prepared without garlic and onion. 4. Fu Tien Vegetarian Restaurant – Popular for their Japanese vegetarian dishes, including sushi rolls and makis, as well as traditional Chinese vegetarian fare. 5. GB Vegetarian Burger – Famous for their vegetarian burgers and mock chicken drumsticks, often with a waiting line due to their popularity. 6. Qi Fu Healthy Park Vegetarian - My Favorite place in Ipoh. MUST TRY SUSHI 🍣 Malacca, Malaysia: 1. CHIN HUA VEGETARIAN FOOD– A well-known vegan restaurant offering a variety of plant-based dishes in a comfortable setting. My favorite Malaysian food restaurant in Melaka! Hands down. The staff is amazing! 2. Seeds Garden Bistro – Offers a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes, focusing on healthy and organic ingredients. 3. Man Yuan Fang Vegetarian Restaurant – A popular spot for vegetarian and vegan Chinese cuisine, with a variety of flavorful dishes. 4. The Baboon House – While not exclusively vegan, they offer vegan-friendly options in a unique and artistic environment. 5. Backlane Coffee – A cozy cafe offering vegan options, including desserts and plant-based milk for beverages. 6. Nature Veggie 迎點素食 - This place has some great food and priced well!
