From Hanoi, tourists may get to Yen Tu by shuttle bus, car, or motorbike. If you are about to board a Halong Cruise, an extra day to Yen Tu would be perfect for your trip as it is just 90 minutes away from Halong. Legends said that, in the 13th century, there was a King named King Tran Nhan Tong who stepped down his throne to become a monk and built a temple on this mountain. You will see sacred places which were created to worship King Tran Nhan Tong. Climbing up a mountain, you will be amidst white clouds and feel like you're in heaven.
