I use this as a stylish trivit, coaster (when I can’t find one), placemat etc but the best thing is to use it under a mixing bowl to help hold it still whilst stirring/whisking or under a heavy stand mixer bowl to scrape out cake mixture etc. I never thought this simple cheep little bit of silicone would be so useful & the fact that it separates into 2 so you can use them for different things.
