When Antonio was diagnosed with end stage renal disease, his family was devastated. However, Antonio’s positive outlook on life helped him and his family navigate the tough journey ahead that led to a kidney transplant and then to the granting of his fondest wish. He wanted to become a firefighter and with the help of our friends from the Passaic and Monroe Township fire departments, along with fellow fire fighters from New Jersey departments and beyond, that life-changing wish came true. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
