IRON MAN VS ULTRON The epic superheroes battle between Iron Man vs Ultron takes place in Grand Theft Auto V Iron Man (Anthony Edward Stark, called Tony by most) is an eccentric genius, billionaire, playboy and philanthropist. Iron Man is also the armored superhero known as Iron Man. Fresh off from defeating enemies all over the world, Iron Man reluctantly agreed to serve as a consultant to Nick Fury's peacekeeping intelligence agency S.H.I.E.L.D. Iron Man joined the Avengers and helped defeat the Chitauri and Loki during the Battle of New York. Due to the battle, Iron Man suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, leading him to create the Iron Legion. After the Battle on the Norco, the final event of Aldrich Killian's War, Iron Man destroyed all of his armors with the Clean Slate Protocol. Ultron was an artificial intelligence peacekeeping program created by Iron Man from the decrypted code derived from within Loki's Scepter, recreated by Iron Man and Bruce Banner with the intent of protecting Earth from domestic and extraterrestrial threats. Possessing multiple host bodies and Stark's personality, Ultron deemed humanity itself as the greatest threat to peace on Earth and attempted to create a technological singularity by committing genocide against them.
