At Udaiti, she drives initiatives to scale women’s workforce participation, promote gender-smart infrastructure, and foster financial inclusion. Through their flagship Close the Gender Gap 30x30 initiative, she collaborates with leading Indian companies and governments to raise women’s representation in the formal workforce from 18% to 30% by 2030.
