Witnesses rushed to call 911 after hearing gunshots ring out near their homes in Clackamas County, Oregon. Paramedics raced the 25-year-old victim to the hospital, but it was too late. Nathan Dean Anderson, who was shot three times in the abdomen, succumbed to his fatal wounds.
