The ‘Automatic Sensory Meridian Response’ (or ASMR) is an experience shared by many folks, often described as tingling in the base of the skull, or spine. The experience can and will vary by individual, and not all people will experience ASMR from the same triggers. It is used by many for relaxation, to aid with sleeping, and even to help focus for studying or other work. It is in no way a replacement for medical treatment, and as an ‘ASMRtist’ I am not a replacement for a medical professional. These videos are intended to be for entertainment and enjoyment purposes only; I heavily encourage you to seek out professional guidance should you find yourself experiencing insomnia, depression, anxiety, or any other number of ailments.
