You Have to Play This Algarve Classic…

Today I’m playing one of the most iconic courses in Portugal - Old Course Vilamoura in the Algarve. Known as the “Grande Dame” of Algarve golf, this course first opened in 1969 and was originally designed by Frank Pennink. It’s famous for its tree-lined fairways, classic layout, and timeless feel, very different to some of the more modern resort courses in the region. In this video I take you around the course, share my honest thoughts, and show you what makes it such a bucket-list stop when golfing in Portugal. Expect tight tee shots, strategic approaches, and some seriously beautiful pine-lined holes.
