Remi Bader is opening up about her weight loss journey.⁠ ⁠ In a conversation with Khloé Kardashian, Remi detailed how she underwent a type of bariatric surgery called SADI-S in December 2023, after weight loss drugs like Ozempic didn't work for her.⁠ ⁠ However, Remi said her recovery process was abnormal and so "brutal" she had regrets. "I was so sick," she told Khloé, calling the recovery "the worst thing of" her life. "I couldn't swallow water. I was like projectile vomiting... and that went on for six weeks."⁠ ⁠ Following the surgery, Remi lost over 140 pounds, a transformation that didn’t go unnoticed by the followers who first connected with her as a plus-size influencer.⁠ ⁠ "I had a lot of regret. I was like, 'Oh my god I've been this person that people looked up to online... like I won't say [for] body positive because that wasn't me... I was very open that I was struggling.
