As the transformation of the automotive sector and the switch to electric mobility is irreversible, Cyprus is gearing up to embrace the high tide of EV adoption in a bid to counter the rising climate concerns and reduce carbon emissions. Transportation as a major contributor to global CO2 emissions, has upheld electric vehicles as the stepping stone towards achieving carbon neutrality and zero-emission targets. As such, the global EV market share has taken a huge leap in the past decade and is anticipated to accelerate even further. Cyprus Ministry of Transport , Unicars and Petrolina come together to discuss and suggest reasonable ways to revolutionise the process, and show the path to a greener future.
