Here we have a SMARTdri, which is on minimum power. I honestly find the SMARTdri to be incredibly overrated within the hand dryer community, as it produces far more noise than air, and out of every SMARTdri experience I've had (including max power ones), the Airforce has dried quicker. I get that this unit is on minimum power (which is thoughtful for an accessible toilet), so it's not gonna perform as well as usual, but it did f**k all to my hand, as seen on the chrome part of the dryer. Meanwhile, the Machflow PLUS performs comparably to the Pebble Mini on minimum power, whilst making less noise. This toilet is incredibly old, so this dryer clearly replaced something much older, however I have no idea what. This toilet is long overdue a refurbishment, and by long overdue, I mean that it should've been done over 10 years ago. This location was absolutely massive for a Whitbread restaurant, and even included a soft play area, so there would've definately been more toilets, and maybe even a second accessible one. Unfortunately though, I didn't have time to check any toilets other than this accessible one, as I only popped in whilst relatives were waiting in the car. The vintage toilet alarm was interesting to see, although realistically speaking, it should've been replaced with a modern system years ago. The decibel readings featured on this channel are not scientific, and therefore are not completely accurate. I have created a project called decibel database, which allows you to compare dryers, and gives you an overall peak average for each dryer type.
