Please contact us for more information. Of the 19 Silver Jade GT350s produced, two were identical cars ordered by Shelby Marketing as demos. This car is one of them, as verified by the Marti Report, and by SAAC Registrar Vince Liska. The sister car is in England. This GT350 was driven by a Ford executive for one year and then sold to the first owner by Galpin Ford in 1970. Consequently, the car has a blue plate instead of black. Rick Kopek, President of SAAC appraised this car at $120,000, based on condition and rarity. Documents are enclosed with the car. The only things not original on the car are the traction bars and headers, which can be removed if the new owner chooses. This 4-speed GT350 has remained under the care of the current owner for the past 13 years, and she acquired it from the second owner, a San Jose, California-based collector, who owned it for 19 years. An unrestored, undamaged, and exceptionally original California car, it retains the original engine, interior, upholstery, carpets, and floor mats. It clearly benefits from proper indoor storage and strictly limited exercise of less than 100 miles annually to keep it in good running order. In addition to the factory roll bar and shoulder harnesses, the car retains its original Traction-Lok rear end. The current owner acquired the GT350 at 67,000 miles and now, it shows approximately 70,800 miles. The odometer stopped working four years ago and estimated mileage is 72,000.
