Original Cocktail: Angel City Fizz

The Angel City Fizz is one of my own creations. A few years ago I was approached by a rep at the Angel City Beer Brewery in Downtown Los Angeles and was challenged to make a classic style beer cocktail for a Great Gatsby party they were having. I have no idea wether or not they actually used this recipe because I didn't end up attending but this cocktail made it on my rotation at work ever since and has become a favorite of my regulars. So if you like egg white cocktails give this one a go! Note: If you cannot find Angel City IPA that's OK just try and pick a slightly floral IPA some that work which I've tried this cocktail with have been: Green Flash Remix IPA, Fort Point Animal IPA and Stone Delicious IPA. Just keep the flavor profile of the cocktail in mind when selecting your beer and you should be OK.
