Paddling Old Ships Graveyard | MRS Nomad XL Packraft Short morning out paddling on Lake Lothing, Lowestoft. I grew up digging bait, fishing and generally getting covered mud here, we used to call it Old Ships Graveyard. I was going to paddle towards Lowestoft what with the building of the Third crossing (the Gull Wing bridge) I decided to head towards where all the old ships are laid up to rest. Unfortunately there's not many wrecks left they where all moved to make way for the moorings. Paddling the MRS Nomad XL, this is a protoype packraft, same design as the original Nomad but a bit bigger.
