The Columbia Urban Broadcast Network Special Report "The Colony Apartments" on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022 hundreds of residents of the Colony Apartments in Columbia South Carolina were displaced after residents were found to be living in unsafe conditions. Residents found themselves held up in hotels across the city with little resources, clothing, transportation, and supplies for small children and infants. City officials identified issues with virtually every unit managed by Monroe Group LTD. based out of Denver, CO, including mold, lack of heat, water, and gas leaks from hot water heaters and stoves. This video was shot on location at the Colony Apartments.
