In this week's #photoshop #speedart, I wanted to turn the fantasy fortress piece on its head and create something a little darker ... ominous towers, spires, castles have always stood out to me - I guess it's the lure of not knowing what hides within. For this piece I wanted to capture certain elements from the references I mention in the video, and create a scene, a place of menace and dark power. *For those wondering, I decided against the character as it just didn't work from a scale point of view.
