Conditions can change quickly, and navigation without reliable backups can be dangerous. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I went in search of the old "flume" foundation or possibly a track down by the Lerderderg river that i saw on satellite images. Walking through 1800's history amongst old gold workings with the remnants of perhaps an old miners cabin. There is so much undocumented history around the area, especially Sth of Obrien's Crossing. I'm currently on the lookout for the route of a flume that possibly went along the side of the river.
