Hi there! This is my latest flight onboard the Airbus A380 with Emirates. This flight is part of my return trip from Kathmandu, Nepal. This time my layover at Dubai International Airport was insanely long (+12hours), so I decided to hop on the metro and explore Dubai before catching my Emirates flight to Madrid. Given the long distances between the airport and downtown Dubai, I would only recommend doing this kind of express city tour if you have a layover of at least ~7 hours long in DXB. With this in mind, be sure you get back to the airport around 2.5 hours before your flight departs. Dubai airport is very efficient but absolutely massive! Overall this super quick city walkaround was absolutely worth it. After getting back to DXB Terminal 3, it was soon time to board my Emirates flight to Madrid. It was a truly enjoyable 7-hour flight onboard the legendary Airbus A380. The entire crew was super nice to the passengers, and the whole on-board service was outstanding, as you would expect from Emirates. Sit back, relax, and join me on this trip!
