Following are some of the examples where there is excess skin even after weight loss: Arms: After losing weight, the fat present in the arms goes away, leaving behind excess of skin in the arms that keeps on hanging. Excess of skin under the arms lead to fungal infections, ill-fitted clothes and sweat deposits. Abdomen: There is excess skin in the abdominal area which leads to sweat, infections and discomfort.
