20 KG Katol Fish Cooking & Food Distribution | ২০ কেজি বিশাল কাতল মাছ! দাদাদের মানবিক রান্না❤️

In today’s video of Village Grandpa’s Cooking, the grandpas bought a huge 20 KG Katol fish and carried it on their shoulders into the YouTube Village area. They sat together and cut the big fish into small pieces. After cutting, they washed the fish properly and mixed turmeric powder, chili powder and salt with the fish pieces, then kept them aside for marination. After that, they took milk in a pot, added sweet yogurt and put it on the stove. In several bowls, they mixed rice flour to make winter special Chitoi Pitha, locally called Sora Pitha. These pithas were soaked and fried in sweet milk, which tastes amazing during winter. Then the grandpas poured oil into a big pan and fried the Katol fish pieces one by one. After frying, they prepared all kinds of spices in another pot and cooked Katol fish curry (Kalia) with the fried fish. At the same time, they boiled eggs and cooked traditional egg bhuna. A big pot of plain rice was also cooked. One of the old grandpas was sick before, but today he felt better and joined everyone during the meal. All five grandpas ate together happily. The food tasted really delicious. After eating, they packed rice, fish curry and egg bhuna into food packets and packed the pithas in separate poly bags. Around 70–80 packets were prepared and taken by van to a new area, where they distributed the food and pithas to poor, disabled, elderly people and women.
