This 5-axis Multi-Function CNC Profile Machining Center with Gantry-type Double-drive Six-track Structure is applicable for 5-sided high accuracy complicated processing of Aluminium Metal profiles with one-time clamping, the Gantry Dual Servo Drive Structure and the gantry beam driven by the linear motor not only have high-speed and high-precision positioning characteristics, but also ensure high rigidity during processing, allowing the heavy and high-precision processing to be performed on the same machine easily, providing extremely high efficiency for product processing. At the same time, it can complete 5-sided and multiple spatial directions processing of multiple milling, drilling, cutting, tapping and others with one clamping only, which furtherly improves the high precision, stability and efficiency. It adopts Creative Design Concepts and Production Technics in accordance with German High Standards and continuous optimization and equips 12KW powerful spindle with fast umbrella type servo 8 tools magazine and 1 saw blade of 350mm for large and flexible processing,it can process at any angle and direction in 5 axis and it can also realize 6-side machining from below with an optional angle head, and it’s professional in complicated processing and high accuracy with one-time clamping on regular and irregular profiles. Machine Structure The 5-Axis Multi Function CNC Machining Center has a gantry-type double-drive six-track structure, consisting of a worktable, bed, column, beam, upper and lower sliding boxes, front and rear slides, air pressure control system, automatic lubrication device, automatic cooling filter, aluminum chip collection device, the control system consists of operating desk, industrial operation system, electrical control system, operating software and other components.
