Home page: https://tuner.airyware.com/airyware-t... How to fix guitar intonation in general -------------------------------- Problem: The guitar sounds out of tune at high frets. Solution: 1. Tune the guitar with open strings as usual. 2. Fret the Low E string at 12th fret exactly as you would do it when playing normally (do not bend the string and do not apply too much or too low force to fret it). 3. Read the tuner. 4. If the pitch is too high, it means the distance between the fret and the bridge is too short. Make it longer by moving the bridge saddle farther from frets. 5. If the pitch is too low, it means the distance between the fret and the bridge is too long. Make it shorter by moving the bridge saddle closer to frets. 6. Re-tune the open string again. 7. Repeat steps 2 to 6 until the pitch becomes ideal. 8. Adjust intonation for all other strings similarly. Note: You may need to fix intonation again when: you change the action height you change strings (gauge)
