Meet MP Rechie Valdez! Mrs. Valdez is Canada's MP for Mississauga—Streetsville and a member of the Liberal Party of Canada. She is the first Filipino Canadian woman to be elected as a Member of Parliament in Canada and prior to being elected, she worked in fields of banking and business.
