Jack Teixeira, a 21-year-old Massachusetts Air National Guard member, has been arrested in connection with the leak of several classified Pentagon documents about both allies and adversaries in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Jackson Proskow explains what's known about Teixeira, how he's accused of sharing state secrets and how long it was before the breach was discovered. Communications Security Establishment (CSE), Canada's cybersecurity agency, is warning of a recent "notable rise" of cyberattacks by Russia-backed actors, including activity directed at critical infrastructure networks.
