In this video I’m organizing our kitchen space, unpacking a big grocery haul, baking simple banana cookies for the kids, and sharing little moments from our family life. By clicking on the gear icon (settings) next to it, you can also adjust the subtitle language.*** Healthy Banana Cookies (Easy & Kid-Friendly) Ingredients: 3 medium ripe bananas 100 g almond flour 100 g oats Cinnamon, to taste Chocolate chips (to taste) The sweetness comes from the bananas and chocolate chips — no added sugar. Instructions: 1. Mash the bananas until smooth. 2. You can use a blender, but a fork works just fine 😄. 3. Add the almond flour and mix well. 4. Add the oats and mix again. 5. Add cinnamon and chocolate chips. Mix everything until you get a smooth. 6. Using an ice cream scoop, portion the dough onto a baking tray. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden on top. 8. Let the cookies cool on a rack.
