It never ceases to amaze us how much we can do and achieve in a lifetime. Given the drastic after math of COVID-19, we have all learned to be more grateful for the experiences we have been blessed with. To our Medical Laboratory Science graduates, congratulations on your newest milestone; you have pulled off a feat which only a slim percentage of Filipinos manage to achieve. To our Medicine graduates, it was impressive enough to witness you graduating from college a few years back; but just when you think you have reached the pinnacle of your success, another door opened and you grasped the opportunity available on the other side. Nelson Mandela once said, “There is no passion to be found in playing small, in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.” Continue achieving, excelling, dreaming, and believing that you’ll succeed in all endeavors you pour your heart and soul into.
