I'm not on any diet. I started working out a year and a half ago. I don't force myself to exercise, I just found what I really like and what is comfortable for me. If you don't enjoy sport, it won't stay in your life for long. The best of all is that you don't have to go to the gym to work out, you can do it in the park or on the floor at home. Consider a workout buddy. Working out with a friend can help keep you motivated and accountable. Start with shorter sessions (e.g. 15–20 minutes) a few times a week. Listen to your body. Pay attention to any pain or discomfort and don't push yourself too hard, especially in the beginning. Be patient. It takes time to see results. It may take a few weeks to a few months and even years before the benefits become noticeable, so be consistent.
