Staff members can submit detailed job requisitions by entering job title, grade, funding source, department, and line manager. Additional requirements like Garda vetting, cost estimates, and role responsibilities can also be included. Each request moves through a clear approval flow. Directors and other approvers receive notifications, can review submissions, request changes, and track status updates. Once fully approved, a formatted PDF is generated automatically. This PDF can be shared for further approvals if required. After final approval, a new vacancy is automatically created and made available for recruitment. HR teams can monitor all requests from a centralized dashboard and filter by requester, department, or status for better oversight and planning.
