Northeast at the Core of India’s Development Agenda: PM Modi at Sikkim.

Emphasizing the government's commitment to the "Act East" policy, he stated that the administration is now working with an "Act Fast" approach to accelerate progress in the region. Referring to the recently held "Rising Northeast 2025 Summit" in Delhi, the Prime Minister noted that several industrial leaders have announced major investments across the Northeast, including in Sikkim. These investments, he said, will create numerous employment opportunities for the people of the region.
