La proprietà si estende lungo il versante di una collina, immersa tra oliveti, vigneti e campi coltivati, con una splendida vista che si perde sulle campagne circostanti, dal mare Adriatico ai Monti Sibillini. La proprietà si sviluppa su tre livelli. Dal portico (80 mq.) si accede al piano terra della casa, con cucina, salone openspace e sala da pranzo con camino, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia ed una lavanderia, infine, salendo pochi gradini, una camera doppia con letti unibili. Una scala esterna in mattoni conduce al piano primo, dove si trovano un soggiorno con divano letto per due persone, due camere matrimoniali, un bagno con vasca idromassaggio e sauna infrarossi, un bagno con doccia e, nell’antica torre, una camera doppia con letti unibili. L’ingresso al piano terra è ombreggiato da un portico, ampio e panoramico, ideale per pranzi all’aperto e per rilassarsi con divani e poltrone. In prossimità dell’ingresso al piano primo, un delizioso terrazzo (20 mq.), è arredato con tavolo e sedie per colazioni all’aperto. Nel giardino, il viale in discesa conduce alla splendida piscina con vista mozzafiato sulla valle. La piscina rettangolare ha una zona dedicata ai più piccoli. La zona solarium, pavimentata con mattoni, è dotata di lettini, sdraie, ombrelloni e di due servizi igienici. Il giardino ospita cespugli ed alberi della macchia mediterranea, ed è completamente recintato. A disposizione degli ospiti anche un binocolo panoramico, ping-pong e calciobalilla. Facilmente accessibile dalla strada principale, si giunge alla villa mediante un breve tratto di strada inghiaiata. The property extends along the side of a hill, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and fields, with a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside, from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains. The property is spread over three levels. From the porch (80 sq.m.) you enter the ground floor of the house, with kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Climbing a few stairs, you reach a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together. An external stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are a living room with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and infrared sauna, a bathroom with shower and, in the tower, a bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together. The ground floor entrance is shaded by a spacious and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing, fitted with sofas and armchairs. Near the entrance on the first floor, a delightful terrace (20 sq.m.) furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts. In the garden, the driveway leads down to the swimming pool with stunning views over the valley. The rectangular pool, has an area dedicated to the children. The solarium area, paved with brick, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. There also two toilets. In the garden there are bushes and trees of the Mediterranean area. The property is fully fenced. At guests' disposal also a panoramic binoculars, table tennis and table football. Easily accessible from the main road, reachable through a short stretch of gravel road.
