16/03/2017. Bangkok State Railway of Thailand Electrified Train Company Limited (SRTET) from Ratchaprarop to Phaya Thai on the Airport Rail Link (ARL), bound for Phaya Thai. Rolling stock used is Siemens Desiro Class 360/2 Set #1022, an Express train. These ARL Express trains are making Local stops now due to low demand for Express service and also insufficient Rolling Stock on the ARL. The interior of the express train has been reverted to the City Line train interior upon my visit. Now, this is how it looks like. Notice when this train is leaving Ratchaprarop Station, the station security guard was seen saluting at the customers in this train. It is a form of respect and it is rarely seen here.
